How the visit flows.
Beforehand
Book online or by phone. We'll confirm the time and optionally ask your preferences, so we can have the right rings ready.
At the center
Call on arrival; we'll meet you at reception. The session lasts about an hour, at your pace. No sales pressure, only advice.
Design and decide
Together we go through the configurator or choose an existing model. By appointment only — the collection is brought to the venue ahead of your visit.
Production & lifetime care
The ring is custom-made in Germany. After delivery we remain available for polishing, resizing and maintenance.
